Elsa supports women throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period with a personalised, hands-on approach focused on movement, breathing, recovery and well-being.
Her goal is to help women stay active during pregnancy, prepare physically for childbirth, and recover confidently after delivery.
⚠️ Due to a full schedule, Elsa is currently not accepting new patients for manual therapy, orthopaedic physiotherapy, or lymphatic drainage.
New patient appointments are available exclusively for pregnancy-related physiotherapy, prenatal preparation and postnatal recovery.
